On a cold and almost frosty evening the choir criss-crossed the
Hampshire/Berkshire border for the annual carol singing trip around Newbury. First stop was the market place with all its Christmas lights. Then it was off for some carols in the local pub followed by some very welcome snacks and drinks provided by the pub management. It was lovely to see some of our parents there too. Then it was back into Hampshire and into the styx as we wound our way down bendy country lanes to sing to households there. Some lovely warm snacks later from a wonderful family helped us on our way back to school for a choir party. It was a super evening all round.
