I’ve mentioned it before; Pepe in Grani of Vicolo San Giovanni Battista in Campania. Some believe it to be the best pizzeria in the world and the one which will engage your senses of touch and smell. Witnessing the live making of all the creations will give you further unforgivable sensations. So says its website. But the chefs that took to the Horris Hill dining room this afternoon might beg to differ. The pizza making here reached dizzy heights and more. It was creative, a little bit daring and ever so slightly messy but what came fresh out of the ovens a little while later was pure heaven.
