Boys from the Middle School spent a morning at the Roman town of Calleva Atrebatum, modern Silchester. Not only did they walk the Roman town walls and see the amphitheatre but also ran into various journalists, cameramen, gladiators and legionaries who were there to shoot a promo video for the forthcoming feature film ‘The Eagle’.
