Cross country & Orienteering
The Spring term cross country programme includes a house running competition in which the whole school takes part as well as a fixture at Thorngrove and Pinewood. The major Horris Hill meeting takes place in March and 7 other schools are invited to this event.
Boys enjoy taking part in the Junior Great South Run in Portsmouth. In 2007 Horris Hill won the Year 7 school category.
Orienteering is a flourishing activity. Horris Hill has been mapped and we take part in the Berkshire Young Orienteers meetings through the year.
