Music School
The new Music School was opened in May 2004 by Sir George Young, the MP for North Hampshire. It is a purpose built building with outstanding facilities. There is a large hall with gallery used for concerts and ensemble work. Linked to the Hall is a recording studio.
There are two further ensemble rooms for smaller groups such as the String Quartet, Woodwind group, the Guitar group and Percussion ensemble. In all there are 24 rooms on two floors. There are instrumental teaching rooms, practising rooms and instrument stores. In 2008 we added a Music IT Suite.
This is an excellent building and we are rightly very proud of it.
