Deposits
There is a deposit payable upon acceptance of a place of £350.00. The deposit will be refunded in the month following your child leaving nursery in line with the Nursery Terms and Conditions.

Places are all year round for 50 weeks per year (closed Bank Holidays, Christmas week and INSET days).

Fees are due for all other absences.

Children must attend for a minimum of three sessions (half a day = one session) or five sessions if claiming the extended Early Years Funding entitlement.

Our fees include all meals, snacks and drinks.

We supply wipes and nappies.
Horris Hill Nursery is open all year round for 50 weeks per year (closure dates can be found here). Bank holidays and closure days are not chargeable.
We have a minimum attendance requirement of three sessions for two-year-olds and five sessions to include at least two afternoons, for children aged three years and over. This minimum is set in the best interests of the child; to encourage routine and to help them to settle quickly and happily into nursery life, to build friendships and to provide some stability and routine for the setting as a whole.

Early Education Funding
Children aged two (that are eligible) and all those aged three to under five are entitled to early education-funded sessions.
Fifteen hours (per week) Early Education Funding (EEF) is available from the term beginning after a child’s third birthday. Some two-year-olds may also be eligible for EEF; please speak to a member of staff for details.
Childcare Vouchers
We are registered with many companies that provide childcare vouchers as an alternative way to pay part of your fees. Please inquire at the nursery for more information.
Invoicing
All fees are due in advance for the forthcoming month and are based upon the actual booked sessions for your child that fall within the calendar month.
